What are the best aspects of this product?

Given the complexity of our business, NetBase is a flexible software that fits our specific needs so we can reach out to very specific audiences more effectively. In particular, it has a nice interface that lets us zero in on the information that we need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be a bit of a challenge to filter out some of the noise, especially when I'm searching for business-to-business results. Understandably, getting social data only from B2B audiences isn't easy to set up. Perhaps future releases of the product will help.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It empowered our business with social listening that has given us information about how the audience feels about our brand, as well as the topics that are related to the health benefits industry. Through the tool, we get valuable intel on industry trends and moods and information about what we can do better to educate and help our customers.
