What are the best aspects of this product?
I won’t lie if I say that the Netbase is one of the best social listening and analytics tools in the market today. This product has rich interface with customized dashboards, analyze tab is easy to use and very quick tool provides you an insight of what’s happening and why. The global content sourcing is for every brand that needs coverage in countries like Russia and China, and some small forums in EU. You have API availability, documentation and SSO.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
If you have a brand with large footprints you need to make separate queries so you can capture every content you need. Also, its NLP-based sentiment is not as accurate as they say (but this is same with other vendors). The real usage of Netbase is the ability to provide you with insightful conversation topics and every change in conversation.

With Netbase we are able to get social listening analysis across large group of global marketers, it is great tool for real-time, long-term and near-time analysis. It offers great set of metrics and data so we can easily measure conversations around brands. With analytics we are able to better understand and uncover insights, the data is combined with other sources and this is helpful for getting advanced analytics.
