What are the best aspects of this product?
There is no other platform that even comes close to what NetBase offers in analyzing sentiment and sentiment drivers. Whenever I need help with the product, I very much appreciate how helpful and knowledgable the Netbase account manager and social analyst team are. They are always available to help me out.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Occasionally I am overwhelmed by the incredible number of options for analysis. The dashboard feature is also really confusing to set up. But once you figure it out, it can be such a powerful tool.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
NetBase has helped us understand conversation trends and identify influential content and users. We also get to learn behavioral patterns of consumers and their reactions to events, campaigns, etc. Almost any research question can at least be explored in NetBase to get a better idea of where to spend more time to do deeper research.
