What are the best aspects of this product?
Netbase helps us to solve many business problems and questions, we are able to solve campaign performance overviews, investigating competitive landscape, social listening and many other. The interface is intuitive and user friendly, the constantly work on their improvement and release new features, they constantly improve the social platform.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I know that this tool is evolving, and they release new features that are highly useful, but the real challenge is that you need to become an expert to use this tool. It would be great if they could insert some training programs/tutorials/presentations so we can stay up-to-date with the product and to use it to the fullest.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use it for various reasons, but most for new business and campaign development research. We are able to identify competitive landscape for both existing and potential clients, identify the overall sentiment and new opportunities. I love its dashboard capabilities and the ability to quickly gather data and widgets so we can answer some specific questions regarding our business and share them with our clients.
