What are the best aspects of this product?

NetBase provides many different ways in which you can analyze the data. I like the unlimited number of topics and themes available and how you can get creative with them. Another thing I love is that you can create an authors-based theme to gain deeper insights into their behaviors beyond your brand space.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't have any dislikes. I wish though that social listening tools can categorizecompletely unstructured data into similar content and topics. Most social listening tools have a query-based set up, so if you miss a keyword, you might miss something.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped us discover audience focused behaviors, their passion points, and interests by quantifying the different nuances. These give us a deeper understanding of our audience.
