PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the emotional intelligence embedded within the platform. This tool offers a nice insight level that wouldn't have gotten otherwise. It saved my team a lot of hours in reviewing comments manually. Word counts have proven their use to be included in presentations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing big to complain about. Although I'd love to have some Pinterest integration in the near future.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There are plenty of things to like. We're utilizing the tool in analyzing word clouds, keywords that lead to sentiment, and getting to known which posts are known. That also includes seeing top authors that pitch in to our content. Sentiment drivers are handy in getting us to understand where we didn't suceed and which areas we need to improve on.
