What are the best aspects of this product?

This an intelligent and intuitive platform I have ever worked with. It provides great insight that we couldn’t be able to get without it. It is time saving-product, and helps us to reduce hours of manually analyzing comments and posts from every online source. We use the word clouds so we can combine them into the presentations. Thanks to its features we are able to dig deep into each comment in order to turn negative ones into a brand advocate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I just want to see an integration with Pinterest.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use it to review word clouds, keywords and it helps us to better understand posts that are popular, and we are even able to see top authors who want to contribute to our contents. I have to say that the sentiment drivers are extremely helpful, because we are able to see where we have great success, and where we need to improve something. We are able to identify issues before they are reported in service channels.
