What are the best aspects of this product?

They offered me a number of ways in analyzing data. As long as you've gone through comprehensive training on what the tool is offering to unearth marketing insights. I love its unlimited themes and topics. You learn to be creative with them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's nothing specific that I hate. But if there's one aspect that social listening tools can do is by segregating data that remains unstructured into similar topics and content. A majority of listenin tools are set up in a query-based manner.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Behaviors that are audience-based, their passions, and specific interests are essential things we need to try in aquiring comprehensive understanding. Once you own specific themes/topics for analysis, this would greatly help in a big way. By that would mean knowing a wide range of nuances and quantifying them.
