What are the best aspects of this product?
NetBase is more than social intelligence tool, it offers features that are best in the market today, metro level and geography to the city, inclusive of cross-tabs, brand-passion index and automated alerts. This platform is used by our account manager to our analyst team. Onboard is smooth, useful and detailed. I have feeling that the team behind NetBase really care about their customer’s needs, because they always take time to ensure that the product and its functionality are understood by our team. They constantly implement new features. With Netbase unstructured social data is turned into helpful business intelligence that helps us to assist our clients when making an important business decision.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great if they could implement historical data that is more than 27 months. There are many platforms that do not have historical data at all.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Thanks to Netbase we managed to provide solution to our clients who had crisis with their business intelligence. Now, we are able to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze posts, conversations and comments. We are able to identify key issues, and to give accurate information to our clients so they can improve their businesses.
