What are the best aspects of this product?

NetDocs is super helpful in managing and sharing documents. It organizes documents well -- segregates it into types and by the client. The unique thing about it is that the user can "check out" a document if they are working on it. It also allows you to save different versions of the documents.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I recommend NetDocs. I have no complaints.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Accessing documents wherever I am is no longer a problem, as long as there is an internet connection! Makes work-from-home or in-transit setup convenient!
