What are the best aspects of this product?
I love that it allows users to control the privacy settings of a document or a folder.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They could improve the check-in and the out system further.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This is very helpful to our office especially that we're transitioning into a paperless workplace. We no longer have to use huge filing cabinets because the software securely keeps our documents and other information.
