What are the best aspects of this product?

I love NetDocs accessibility and functionality. It allows me to use it even if I'm not in the office. It also makes document searches easier.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It needs to improve by adding a multi-level search function to make the document search even more optimized. It can also be confusing when you click a document because the action differs depending on the device you're using to access it. I wish they could also add more compatible PDF software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This program allows you to work anywhere, so I no longer have to go to the office whenever a teammate needs something. I don't even have to give them access to my office PC.
