What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that it allows users to customize the homepage making it easier to access the frequently opened documents and anything you line up in your to-do list. This definitely makes remote work easier because of its accessibility and functionality.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't like it that I have to manually link Clio to Netdocs. It slows down the process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our work environment became more flexible ever since we moved our information/documents into the cloud. Its integration with other software makes us more efficient!
