What are the best aspects of this product?

NetDocuments make document sharing a lot more convenient. You can just simply share the NetDoc ID to those who have an account, and shareable link to those that don't.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could improve on the layout and organization of the folders because it's hard to search for a document.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I used to be worried about sending sensitive documents via email so NetDocs kind of eliminated that worry.
