PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

To me, it’s literally the best cross-department collaboration tool. Not a single lead is ever lost or forgotten - I can instantly label and assign all incoming leads to sales managers, seeing where did he come from and lead progress along the pipeline.
Probably, it’s best part is the ease of use and smooth integration, cross-department collaboration , and accessibility.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It was hard for me to set up proper pipelines, but our manager Anastasia helped me a lot - it took us about 20 minutes.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I’m good with its current functionality

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When we have just started off, we tried multiple lead generation channels and the difficulty here was to define the top-performing ones. Our business is highly dependable from sales and email marketing, so our primary goal was to increase sales productivity and shorten our sales cycle. I wanted to do efficient lead scoring and stop wasting time on non-relevant prospects seeking for a free solution or demanding a maximum discount.
I was completely unaware of the reasons the lead abandoned our product and I wanted to dive deeper and extract the possible drawbacks in our marketing or sales process - so I was searching for the CRM which is transparent and accessible for any team member from marketing or sales team.
