What are the best aspects of this product?
This CRM is already built-in Gmail and it took a few seconds to synchronize my Gmail with it. The onboarding period was quick and simple. Now I have all my clients' data featured in front of every email. I like its customized dashboards, pipelines, scheduled follow-ups, and bulk mailouts.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'd say that automation could probably be on a higher level, but I know that NetHunt team already works on this.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Email performance tracking (open rates, click rates, etc)

We finally got our massive client's database organized. Now our sales and marketing teams better manage
relations with customers. Sales increased by 12% for the first month, and I believe this happened because now we don't lose potential leads and don't forget about follow-ups.
