Simple to Use CRM with Google Apps Integration

What are the best aspects of this product?

- Integration with Google Apps - Gmail, Contacts, Calendar, Hangouts etc
- Ability to send mass email campaigns
- Customisation of the system
- Task system and follow-ups setup
- Good visualisation of pipelines
- Affordable price

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We lack the integration with social media. It's now possible to implement via Zapier but we would be happy if NetHunt could create records from social media profiles.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

As mentioned before, social media integration.
