What are the best aspects of this product?
I enjoy using NetHunt CRM because it's seamlessly integrated into Gmail and provides visual pipelines, sales funnels, and stats within Gmail interface.
All incoming emails are linked to the existing deals and client records automatically and the full customer records are visible to everybody in the team.
You can see exactly how many deals are closed daily, weekly and monthly and schedule bulk emails and reminders. The best part is their support team - my personal manager Anastacia walked me through the setup process and is ready to help whenever I ask.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can't make calls from the CRM. Also, there's no onboarding after you've downloaded NetHunt. The interface is intuitive, but for someone who never used any CRM before it may be a bit frustrating.
