What are the best aspects of this product?

NetSuite's best features are highly customizable and user-friendly interface; it has an automatic update process; provides tools for you to plot out the workflow; and its data storage that is accessible to all team members. We no longer have to jump from one office to another to request certain data reports as everyone in the team have limitless access to company data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm so glad NetSuite constantly improves its systems and features. Best of all upgrades is its push to make its software faster even with complex and heavy tasks.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

NetSuite is our platform to get high-quality leads; track all visitors' activities on our website; e-mail marketing on different platforms; social media marketing campaign progress tracker; and various campaign analysis. It's an amazing platform to get a full view of your overall operations.
