What are the best aspects of this product?

The analytical reports NetSuite generates are detailed and insightful enough to help us in our decision-making. The automated tracking system and creation of marketing projects are highly useful. It can cover basic aspects of operations such as employee time keeping up to revenues. The smooth integration with several platforms also gives us ease whenever we need to tap external visualization tools.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

NetSuite provides fast and reliable customer care service. The platform is very dynamic but the visualization feature can be challenging to use and we feel it is still lacking. Using the commands is also intuitive but it can improve further by making the features more visible for easier access.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

NetSuite is a single platform that offers all marketing needs, from getting leads to seeing a conversion, and a single source of information. The platform is very straightforward it didn't take a while for everyone in the team to get on-board. Operations run smoothly since everyone understands how to use it. Its tracking system is comprehensive, having the ability to track our employees, running budget and expenses, revenue, and our project portfolio.
