NetSuite CRM contains a number of pre-installed features. It's capable of handing just about any business model. It can do extensive tracking regardless if it's a message, event, or a call. It's really flexible if it so happens you want something of your preference. NetSuite CRM can be customized in a number of ways.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Its UI appears to be unintuitive initially. It'll take a bit of time to get used to everything. That begins the screen flow and working around the interface.

We keep track of customer experiences from the outside. We also track tasks, messages, and events. Mix this with our accounting, inventory control, day-to-day operations, it gave us a secure integration across the company.
