What are the best aspects of this product?

NetSuite offered our organization numerous gains in terms of productivity. Its capacity is huge for businesses that are growing. We've been on this system for the past few years. The cloud-based feature is cost saving and dependable. The software is highly logical. Its raw capability for almost any activity related to business is present (if you're up to investing in the modules).

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Since NetSuite functions sequentially, it can be difficult to bring home-based processes and get them to fit in NetSuite. Its role setup can be a pain, although its global permissions have been helpful. Advanced projects can be tedious and isn't recommended for project management. I get complaints of it not looking graphical enough as it's appears to be more of an accounting program. NetSuite's New Task and Log Task buttons are confusing to use.
