What are the best aspects of this product?

NetSuite is a highly intuitive platform that takes care of the entire lifecycle of your project and allows you to ensure that each stage is working progressively. All these make NetSuite our key platform at work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Transitioning to NetSuite was faced with minor difficulties, the platform being very different from our previous CRM tool in terms of design. But perhaps that's generally the case with moving to a different platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

NetSuite is an all-in-one platform that is great for any business that wants to streamline processes on management and progress monitoring. The reports provided by NetSuite allow you to know at what stage you are at in certain businesses, which ones seem stuck from moving forward, and give you an idea of what can be done to close deals. In all, it puts you in full control but does the nitty-gritty of the job.
