What are the best aspects of this product?

The products is great to begin with. Plenty of options while having the ability to make customizations. We're consolidating a couple CRM systems into NetSuite. They've collaborated with us in order to help meet our requirments through the product. We were able to include records dating back 20 years in NetSuite smoothly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Certain items that we were told to be customizable or things we may be able to do, have yet to be panned out. They're trying to resolve these issues with the development team. So that's one positive thing about the product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're operating two CRM systems to keep track of customer details. Such systems didn't have any reporting ability nor do they have propect tracking. While it may appear useful for the tech team, it's not the same for managers and sales. We're beginning to gain CRM for our Sales starting from prospect to customer. That includes tech details, reporting, billing, and manager tracking.
