PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Netsuite is one flexible product when it comes to cutomization. In a techincal perspective, it has the ability to build and map fields. It also use them to integrate with third party software services. This made everything esier for me. In terms of use, it's very intuitive and doesn't entail you to spend too much clicking just to make it through.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had a bit of an issue managing a contract. The order process was typically smooth. But once the contract comes in, the flow suddenly suffered from hiccups.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to make use of certain features within NetSuite in automating the order process. This is done for seamless handling of the quoting process for recognized bookings. Integration with NetSuite ERP financial as well as deferred revenue module has it the entire process organized and squeaky clean.
