What are the best aspects of this product?

The interface is highly customizable and easy to use that it did not take a while for me to be comfortable with operating it. NetSuite's reporting is also substantive and up-to-date, providing you updates on a daily or weekly basis, depending on your preference.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

NetSuite has a lot of room for improvement when it comes to maintenance, price point, and providing customer care.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As a platform that carries all the data of each member of our team needs, we now don't have to jump from one platform to another when facilitating requests. It also serves as an internal communication tool that streamlines the process of giving orders. Work has definitely become easier to do thanks to this platform.
