What are the best aspects of this product?

Links moving from record to another. Enter info for a wide range of records is easy. It has plenty of powerful offerings. Numerous options for relationship dependencies.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When it comes to looking into records, there's no other way to in seeking a zip distance. If the info isn't correctly entered from a merge/previous individual, it's hard to find someone.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It does well when it comes to managing my information together. As a result, I'm able to retrieve the data I need. That's the main thing that makes this CRM software work for me. But I do wish it would improve on its search functionality.
