What are the best aspects of this product?
Honestly wish I had never gone with them. Service is awful and the amount of false truths that have been told from sales, through to production in relation to quality of product, service, what can be done and what can't.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
So many it's hard to list them all.
1. Not Very user friendly
2. customer service is poor, emails not replied to, false information given and misleading information. Additionally,
3. Training videos - Disengaging, poorly constructed and miss key information. They only give you from the day you sign up 3 months worth of access, by the way it has taken 10 months to et installed thus leaving your team with training unless you pay of course.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
An easy way to cancel would be nice.
