A great platform overall

What are the best aspects of this product?

It empowers businesses and website administrators by giving more options. You'll get tools for working on the front as well as the back-end, which is incredible. Unlike what we have before, this solution is definitely way better. Apart from that, the people behind this solution are amazing. They are accomodating and respond to our requests/questions in no time. Overall, NetSuite SuiteCommerce is a helpful tool for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The Site Builder is quite clunky, but with some workarounds, we're able to make our site responsive. Also, we needed to apply SSL security to every page instead of just the checkout truck. Another disadvantage is related to highlights.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

In our old framework, we were required to enter a request from a generated email that our website would send after submitting a request. But with NetSuite SuiteCommerce, we don't have to. Every time a client presents a request, the site consequently and constantly pulls the stock from its framework.
