What are the best aspects of this product?

It is loaded with functions to satisfy our needs. It's also full of customizable elements. I've been a NetSuite user for over a decade now and NetSuite SuiteCommerce is a good addition to the ensemble.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Quite costly, especially with maintenance but I think it's worth every dollar.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since I'm a NetSuite user, SuiteCommerce is perfect for my eCommerce site because it's easy to integrate, unlike third-party solutions, which I believe would be a pain to sync with my NetSuite ecosystem.
