Very customizable eCommerce platform

What are the best aspects of this product?

We're using the NetSuite ERP so SuiteCommerce being directly integrated with it is such a big timesaver. Also, I've been looking into other similar solutions, but this one is the most versatile of the bunch.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Admittedly, it's not cheap. It's probably best for large companies, really.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this for our webstore platform. So far, its scalability is fantastic and it's very helpful for our growing business
