What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how it allows you to program what element you would like to track--be it the driver or the actual vehicle. Now, we can easily locate our fleet and make sure that they get to their destination (and back) on time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are times when I've noticed that the system jumbles up the user vs the vehicle. I might look up the driver and get the results related to the vehicle he is currently driving. The same can happen vice versa.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've been able to see just how long our drivers stay on the road to give them a more accurate compensation for their work.
