We love this platform as it has many great features and is very accurate in its locations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Unfortunately, NextTraq's customer service is not helpful. We had to contact them several times regarding our inquiry and their response was very prompt and lacked substance. They weren't able to present us with many options.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is useful for asset tracking, routing, geofencing.
