What are the best aspects of this product?
The ticketing system and chat box of ngDesk have been a great addition to our website. It allowed us to provide our clients with another way to communicate with customer service when they have any kinds of queries. It was very easy to install on our website and it is very easy for new employees to understand the software.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
ngDesk is not a perfect answer to all our requirement. But we do appreciate the way how customer support goes above and beyond to help us with our quires.
