What are the best aspects of this product?

It is an easy application to understand.
It has great potential but many flaws.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app crashes too often leaving everyone without access.
The support stops giving answers because they do not know how to solve the problems.
Users are constantly broken and cannot login again.
Lots of functionality issues.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Do not cheat users. They cannot offer a product that is not yet ready for use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It brought us more problems than solutions.
