What are the best aspects of this product?

Nicereply has enabled our business to understand the needs, wants, and dislikes of our clients better than before with its powerful customer satisfaction measurement tools. Because of the detailed comments, we can work on improving our weaknesses and further enhancing our strengths. The process of gathering customer feedback is also seamless and it helps that there are guidelines for validating the replies we receive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If Nicereply had a mobile app, I would be able to work more often, especially when I am out of the office. It would be great if Nicereply could develop an app to facilitate on-the-go productivity.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Customer dislikes can affect our sales negatively and Nicereply has helped us mitigate and resolve those. The tools it offers has also let us connect with our customers better because we have a deeper understanding of what they think about our business and what they want from us. Though we understand that we cannot please everyone, Nicereply is still a beneficial tool that has enabled us to work harder.
