What are the best aspects of this product?

The detailed feedback and analytics we gain by using Nicereply have been incredibly helpful in improving our products and customer service. And since we can get customers' opinions in real time, we can act on them immediately by expressing our gratitude or by mitigating any bad experience they might have had. Apart from that, I like that I can choose to distribute Nicereply surveys on whichever channel that works for me.
