What are the best aspects of this product?

The thing that stands out to me with this tool is how it allows me to customize questions so I can obtain the information that I need from clients. The way it is set up is intuitive and user-friendly, so I and my team can go about sending out the survey without having to deal with delays or hurdles. The ease with which we collect information, in turn, allows us to come up with plans that are tailored to our clients' needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In general, I don't have any big problems with this tool. If anything, I do wish it was priced a little lower as I think it should be able to do more advanced things at its current price point.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has allowed us to be effective when it comes to our marketing campaigns, resulting in more sales, better customer satisfaction, and overall increased productivity and profit for the company. Thanks to the skill with which this tool collects both good and bad feedback from clients, we've been able to either motivate ourselves or look to the areas that could be better improved to better serve our clients. This software has also made it possible for us to send follow-ups as well as come up with fast solutions to problems, thanks to its reporting function.
