PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing about this platform is that I didn't have to deal with such a steep learning curve. I very quickly learned how to use it, thanks to basic icons and designs that simplified the process and made it coherent. Thanks to this platform, I've been able to find out what customers liked and what they did not like about their experience with the business. We've constantly received good data from using this and we've been able to use that data to ensure that our business is meeting the customers' needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One thing that I think they can improve on is the statistics system. It doesn't take on the data in real time, so I often have to wait until the next data before I can see what it has done with the data it has gathered. If they can speed this process up so I can see the graphs on the same day, that would be great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to the information and statistics this platform provides me, I can gauge what my clients are thinking. I can find out what they like and what they don't like, and I can use that information to better improve my business. I can improve my business thanks to the feedback they give, which results in me gaining very loyal customers.
