What are the best aspects of this product?

Perfect platform for sales and marketing professionals that features easy to modify interface, convenient accessibility, and great compatibility to top operating systems. It can gather and process data from different resources and features a stellar tracking system. It seamlessly integrates with a different email and social media accounts as well, in which it allows easy access to contacts such accounts may carry. No wonder why it perfectly suits my professional job!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its mobile app is quite sluggish and it greatly affects our workflow. It also comes in more expensive deals than other options. Its price can even hinder a company from fully integrating the platform into their operations.
