What are the best aspects of this product?

It significantly boosts sales and marketing because it lets employees share sales data for analytics and other key functions. It allows the automation of tasks as well, which is helpful in getting subsequent sales and marketing results that are backed by CRM records. Scheduling online meetings for sales and marketing is easier too, and it makes distribution and management of tasks more convenient. It also has efficient communication features that help in keeping in touch and monitoring sales employees. Moreover, it’s easier to handle customer support while keeping a reliable sales forecast through this tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It cannot track sales potential and find potential leads, as well as it cannot build a large database of customer info from our sales activities. It’s insufficient for the automation of our processes, then it doesn’t offer enough customization options. And it’s not enough for our contact management, leads, template requirement, email sharing tasks as well as sales and marketing demands.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Helpful in managing CRM activities and repository of sales info. All processes are secured in an encrypted environment. This has helped a lot in the automation of our sales, marketing, and CRM tasks efficiently.
