What are the best aspects of this product?

All the information I need is in one place. Nimble helps me to interact with my clients and contacts. This platform has awesome feature that reminds me to stay in touch with the contacts who are very important for my business. I can segment contacts easily by using tag feature. There are lot of integrations with other systems. These amazing features make Nimble to be a unique social CRM platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I struggle with my calendar from Google Calendar because it’s not updated in Nimble. It would be great if I can send personalized mass emails. Also, G+ pages are not supported.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I don’t need to waste time to locate and find people I need for projects. What’s important, Nimble helps me to improve and stay in touch with my contacts.
