What are the best aspects of this product?
Nimble is great social integrated CRM platform. I think it’s one of the best CRM systems today. This platform helps me manage all my interactions from one place. Also, they constantly add new features. What I really like is that they are always open for new suggestions and they work on their improvement. I love how I can import and export data easily, and tags are great to separate the clients.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When I need to delete messages, the process can be a little annoying, because it takes a lot of time and the process can be done one page at a time. Also, I would like to see the feature where I can email 30 contacts directly from Nimble. I like to see this feature back, it was really helpful.

Nimble helps me manage my interactions with existing and potential clients. I use Nimble for all communications whether for my business or personal life, it meets all my needs.
