What are the best aspects of this product?
With Nimble I am allowed to combine CRM with my social networks so I can better engage and manage relationships that are developing inside the networks. Thanks to this platform I can find my contacts and add them to my CRM, tagging them, or update information about them by using the Live Profile sidebar. This platform is really helpful if you are active in social media, you will see immediate results by using it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have some suggestions such as: Integration with MailChimp and the feature to track open rates of all the emails which are sent from Nimble.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Nimble helps me to organize my contacts, tag them, send them messages and get notifications when I need to contact them. I am now in touch with all of my contacts.
