What are the best aspects of this product?
Nimble is social engagement platform, and helps me to manage, develop, monitor and improve my social relationships with my existing and potential clients and visitors. I think that all these new features such as: Filtered Search, group email messages, email tracking and Contacts Widget, improved the quality of Nimble and with these I improved my relationships as well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When I use Nimble’s Contact Widget I have some problems whenever I try to add a new contact with same name. Also, they need to work on integration with Foursquare, it needs some improvements.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Nimble provides me with many opportunities to connect with people. I can now focus on creating new and improving my existent relationships that are important for my business. Also, I can engage my clients and members on my network. Nimble is very important tool for building relationships and developing activities.
