What are the best aspects of this product?
Nimble provides you with effortless integration of contacts, social profiles, and communications and actions in a productive manner. This platform helps you to gather information with its tools, websites and social networks so you won’t lose or forget any contact or action. I love the new group messages and e-mail features because saves me a lot of time and I can improve the interaction with my clients easily and effortlessly. I am able to find the right audience and group them for presenting my inventions and sharing news.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing that I don’t like about Nimble. I have a suggestion, if they can make an integration with Microsoft ecosystem- Office 365.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Nimble helps us to understand the real person behind CRM, we have great integration of contacts and actions which our contacts perform. We also love the messaging feature, because we can simply send e-mails, tweets, statuses and other social messages without switching to other app.
