What are the best aspects of this product?

Great CRM platform with many helpful features such as compatibility with most email service providers today. This is perfect in creating a dashboard for communicating with different people and using the same platform for other purposes such as calendar keeping and marketing campaigns. This also works well for audience segmentation since it allows the saving of searches easily. And the app can link with social media networks too, which means more ways to connect with customers personally.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This is a quality CRM tool. However, its mobile app doesn’t work well. It needs more improvements for better performance.

Email and contact management processes are easier with the app. It lets us conveniently grab contacts from emails or from web browsers. It significantly helps the marketing campaigns of our company through simple and efficient methods. That is why our sales and marketing team trusts the app in prospecting with potential customers.
