What are the best aspects of this product?
Nimble collects a lead or customer profiles from other social networks such as Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook and others. With Dossier feature I can get full picture of lead or a customer so I can start easy interaction with them. When we start to use Nimble we managed to integrate it with our Technology Stack platform as a service 366 Degrees. We managed to combine CRM and Marketing Automation, we love to create better experiences for the SMB Market.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t have any dislikes, they could open up more integrations so we can create more experiences across the ecosystem.
