It comes with great and easy to use features such as contact management, scheduling and meeting descriptions among others, and can integrate with top social media networks for generating more quality leads. This is certainly perfect for employees who have some troubles in doing such tasks since it lists down daily workloads as well as it allows efficient reporting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user interface has some vague features which cause problems while working. There are instances when errors show while navigating, and managing contacts sometimes fail as well. Details of certain tasks and some updates questionably disappear. Also, it sometimes has errors when importing lists.
