PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

NinjaRMM provides huge help since the lockdown up to now. I am using it to support clients' checks, implement patches, and provide remote support with the help of the integrated software called Splashtop. I also appreciate Ninja’s support team for its fast response and solutions when we have trouble or concerns. Additionally, I love the constant updates as they add new features that are of great use. It is cloud-based, so there’s no need for us to install desktop apps or anything.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Ninja includes several third-party tools for pushing out software, but I think they missed adding support for the installation of major products like MS Office. Also, they don’t have support for Linux but recently mentioned to add it in the future updates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

NinjaRMM, as a powerful tool, allows me to create a variety of patching policies for a variety of devices and clients. The dashboard provides a clear view of the client requirements, and it’s very intuitive. The integration with Splashtop, on the other hand, makes the tool more reliable—no requirements for users to go to the computer to acknowledge sessions for remote control. End-users even receive alerts once you are connected to their networks.
